The Friends of the Woodland Hills Branch of the Los Angeles Public Library is a non-profit organization of volunteers dedicated to enhancing the library's resources and services since 1972.
We invite you to participate.  JOIN US!

Our website is a source of information about the activities of the Friends, especially our quarterly booksales and special programs.

In reality we are a group of old fashioned and a little abnormal booklovers who delight in the printed and bound. We make available for sale on a quarterly basis amazing donations from our community. We have a loyal and faithful clientele, but we love to welcome newcomers!

            library hours

NEW CONTEMPORARY FICTION BOOK CLUB AT WOODLAND HILLS LIBRARY begins January 21, 6 pm and the following 3rd Thursdays of the month.

The Little Paris Bookshop by Nina George is the first selection, a delightful book about love, loss and power of reading. Kathy Sullivan, recently a book club facilitator in New York City, will facilitate and encourage future selections. Books can be borrowed specially from the Reference Desk or, of course, purchased. Read and Join us on Jan 21st.
